I went to Encinitas Spa for the first and only time this summer. The massage itself was ok but not memorable enough for a second visit. When I was checking out, there seemed to be a discrepancy on the amount they were going to charge me. The amount they charged seemed a bit high but I paid for it as I was not certain of the amount. When I got home, I checked their website. They charged me $15 extra for a hot stone massage even though their website did not indicate an additional charge for hot stone. I tried contacting the store several times regarding this extra charge and to receive a refund but they have not replied to me as yet.
